A note (thank you very much D.) led me to this poetic documentary about the inauguration of the rebuilt Campanile di San Marco on Apr 28, 1912th
The date difference (25 and 28.4.) Reason might be that the official inauguration of the feast of San Marco, 25.4. is the 25th but no Sunday, but only the 28th April.
Things to check for sure, but is not essential for the enjoyment of the film.
