The working day will unfortunately still a big part of our life time. Therefore, fair working conditions, salaries and wages are essential. This includes transparency and participation on the part of employees. Dubious means, the employer may not longer be tolerated. They should spend their energy but for a harmonious working environment without harassment, accusations, pressure and fear to create say provide for the satisfaction of their employees.
